Payment & cancellation
After you send your request, we email you the booking details and the bank details for the payment. Your dives are confirmed once the payment has arrived.
A down payment is due in advance (50% for bookings under €250, 25% from €250). If your first dive day is less than 7 days away, the full amount is due in advance.
If you cancel 7 or more days before your first dive day, we refund your down payment. For cancellations less than 7 days before your first dive day, the down payment cannot be refunded.
